Cours­es on offer - Her­mann Max

Tu­to­ri­als con­vey­ing the mul­ti-faceted power of lan­guage will as­sist in­di­vid­u­als in using the art of speech. The tar­get groups are stu­dents, man­agers, schol­ars and ev­ery­one who needs to be con­vinc­ing in pub­lic using lin­guis­tic skills. Rhetor­i­cal abil­i­ties are use­ful to ev­ery­one. The sem­i­nars pro­vide an in­sight into the his­to­ry of rhetoric art be­tween an­cient times and the 17th and 18th cen­tu­ry. Ges­tures and mimic art of past eras are trans­lat­ed into mod­ern times and can be ac­quired.

His­toric Per­for­mance Prac­tice- vocal and in­stru­men­tal
These work­shops, taught by Her­mann Max, are on the sub­ject of the his­toric per­for­mance prac­tice of works from the 17th to the 19th cen­tu­ry. All as­pects of in­ter­pre­ta­tion such as hermeneu­tics, rhetorics, af­fet­ti, stylis­tics, to name but a few, can be cov­ered com­pre­hen­sive­ly as core themes. Stu­dents can choose be­tween all well-known  (e.g.  Mon­tever­di, Bach, Mendelssohn) and many less well-known com­posers or leave the choice to Her­mann Max. The work­shops are di­rect­ed to­wards cho­rus­es, or­ches­tras and in­di­vid­u­als.
